1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments, subscription charges, and applicable taxes are securely processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. This means Paddle manages invoicing, billing, and refund processing where required by law.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
DentAIstudy offers a 14-day refund period for all new purchases. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@dentaistudy.com. Include the email used for your account and your Paddle receipt if available. Eligible refunds will be issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
4. Renewals & Recurring Charges
Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed. To avoid future charges, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date from your account settings.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund unless requested within the 14-day window.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds requested after 14 days from the original purchase are generally not eligible.
- Promotional or discounted offers may not be refundable unless required by law.
- Abuse of the platform, violation of terms, or excessive refund requests may void eligibility.
