- Usage data: pages visited, interactions with features, study activity counters, and device/browser information.
- Uploaded content: files you upload for Study Builder (e.g., PDFs), which are stored securely and used only to generate your requested output.
- AI inputs: prompts and text you provide to generate study materials. These are processed securely and not used to train external models.
- Payment information: handled exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Paddle; we never store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Authenticate your account and maintain secure access
- Generate AI-powered study materials based on your prompts
- Improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience
- Send important account or billing notifications
- Provide customer support when requested
3. How AI Processing Works
Study Builder requests are processed through a secure Supabase Edge Function. Your prompts and uploads are used only to generate your requested output and are not used to train any external AI models. Temporary processing logs are automatically deleted.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
DentAIstudy uses Supabase for secure hosting, authentication, and file storage. Supabase provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Data is stored in the geographic region associated with our Supabase project.
5. Payments & Billing
All subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle manages billing, invoicing, taxes, and applicable refund operations. We do not store or process credit card information.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use a minimal set of cookies to maintain your login session and analyze anonymous usage patterns. Cookies are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
7. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Information may be shared only with:
- Service providers (e.g., Supabase, Paddle) solely to operate the platform
- Legal authorities when required to comply with applicable law
8. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, stored files, and AI processing history are removed through our secure deletion process.
