This Billing Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, and payments are handled for DentAIstudy. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments for DentAIstudy are securely processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle manages billing, invoicing, tax calculations, and refund processing where legally required. Your bank statement may show a charge from Paddle.
2. Subscription Billing
DentAIstudy operates on a subscription model. When you purchase a paid plan, you are granted access for the duration of the billing period (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Pricing
Current prices for all plans are displayed on the Pricing page. Prices may change in the future, but active subscribers will always be notified in advance if a change affects their plan.
4. Automatic Renewals
At the end of each billing period, your subscription will renew automatically using the payment method stored with Paddle. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
5. Invoices & Receipts
After each successful payment, Paddle will email you an official receipt or invoice. This document includes tax information where applicable.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Paddle may automatically retry the charge. If retries continue to fail, your subscription may be paused until the billing information is updated.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds must be requested separately and are subject to DentAIstudy’s Refund Policy.
8. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, the change applies immediately, and pricing is prorated where applicable.
- Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
